When you sign up for a Mumoactive Account, we send you an activation email to verify your account and to protect the integrity of your personal details. But, sometimes you might not receive this email to your Inbox due to your email account’s spam blocking.

Please check your Spam folder for an email from “Support”.

Usually, you will find the activation email sitting in your Spam folder. You can ensure you receive future Support emails by adding us to your Contacts in your email app.

If you still have not received an activation email after a few hours, you can send another activation email by managing your account.

If you do not receive an activation email after trying all of the above, you can contact Support for assistance and we will look into the issue as quickly as possible.
